By accessing or using VouchCord, including the Discord bot, web dashboard, and any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
VouchCord is a Discord bot and web-based dashboard that allows Discord server administrators to set up a vouching system, enabling server members to submit structured vouches that are posted to a designated channel. Features include:
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, in accordance with Discord's own Terms of Service. By using VouchCord, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law.
Additionally, you must be a member of a Discord server that has VouchCord installed, or a server administrator with the required permissions to configure the bot.
VouchCord uses Discord OAuth2 for authentication. By logging in, you authorize VouchCord to access the following Discord data:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Discord account. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account or any damage caused as a result.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violations may result in immediate removal of your server from the Service without notice.
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the vouch system. By submitting content, you grant VouchCord a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and display that content as part of the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content of your vouches. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful or inappropriate.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content submitted through the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VouchCord and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months (which, for a free service, is zero).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. You may also remove the bot from your server at any time to cease using the Service.
Upon termination, your server's configuration data may be deleted from our systems after a reasonable retention period.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
